Welcome to sea houses
Sea Houses offers holiday rental management services for select homes in the Otway Coast Region of the Great Ocean Road. This area includes the coastal hamlets of Wye River, Separation Creek, Kennett River, Johanna, and the larger town area of Apollo Bay, Marengo and Skenes Creek. Sea Houses is a new business, established in 2022 by Sharee Evans, a lifetime local of the Otways and Great Ocean Road.
Sea Ranch - Wye River
Sea Ranch has established itself as a highly sought after holiday home on the Great Ocean Road.
Heralding a new era of architectural design and building style in Wye River, Sea Ranch is a spacious four bedroom home offering breathtaking views of the ocean, beach and coastline. Walking into the stylish lightfilled open plan first floor, you feel like you have been transported to another place. You’re just 50 metres above the sea where the sights and sounds of the ocean dissolve away any worries or stresses. This beautifully appointed home invites you to sit, relax and and take it all in. Cape Wye - Wye River
One of the most iconic and dramatic views on the Great Ocean Road.
Cape Wye is enviably positioned at the end of Sturt Court, Wye River, facing North East to take in the year round sun and making the most of the sensational ocean views.
Featuring striking dark zinc cladding, with timber flooring and double glazed windows throughout. Every room has an unimpeded view, including a breathtaking view from the statement bath.
Multiple sliding glass doors lead from the living area onto the huge, sun drenched 80sqm terrace, which runs the entire length of the upper level. You could quite simply spend all day lazing around on this large deck, taking in the unbelievable view with the sound of the waves lapping beneath. Lay back on the sun lounges, read on the outdoor couches, or entertain at the Weber BBQ and dining area.
Southpoint - Wye River
Front row location in Wye River, on the renown Iluka Avenue. Perched on the hill between Wye River and Separation Creek, Southpoint has immersive views of the ocean and 180 degree coastline views of the Great Ocean Road.
Taking in the line of sky, ocean, waves, and the rockpools below. Paddy's Path runs along between the boundary of the property and the Great Ocean Road, and is a scenic walking path linking Wye River and Separation Creek. At low tide, there is access to walk on the beach between the two hamlets, and the rockpools make a great place to swim too.
