The sandstone home is all on one level, and thoughtfully designed to make the most of the aspect and views to Apollo Bay, Marengo and the surrounding hills. Off a central entry point, there are two wings of the house, with rooms leading onto a front timber deck stretching along the entire length of the house.

Enter in the house to the open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, island bench, breakfast bar, cooking equipment and serving ware. A 10 seat dining table provides the space for your holiday meals together, or take it outside on the deck with a dining table setting enjoying the open air and views. Inside, an adjoining sitting room has a wall of books, and double doors opening onto the deck.
