Welcome to sea houses
Sea Houses offers holiday rental management services for select homes in the Otway Coast Region of the Great Ocean Road. This area includes the coastal hamlets of Wye River, Separation Creek, Kennett River, Johanna, and the larger town area of Apollo Bay, Marengo and Skenes Creek. Sea Houses is a new business, established in 2022 by Sharee Evans, a lifetime local of the Otways and Great Ocean Road.
Six Degrees - Separation Creek
Featuring warm timber accents throughout, this two story brand new house is right across the road from the beach at Separation Creek.
Across two levels, there are two living areas, two TVs, three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and additional powder room, ocean view patio, sheltered entertaining deck with Weber BBQ, and full kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine.
Otway Valley Lodge - Johanna
An idyllic country house in the rolling green hills of Johanna, Otway Valley Lodge is an ideal large home for your next family holiday or friend group getaway. The extensive grounds include a wood fired hot tub, often koalas in the trees, large lawn areas and established trees and flower gardens.
With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, it is a large house sleeping up to 12 people, with wide verandas leading onto the expansive lawns and gardens surrounding the house.
Enter into the open plan living area featuring comfy lounges around a wood fireplace, and looking out onto the gardens and bushland beyond. The very well equipped kitchen features a Falcon 1100mm oven as the centerpiece, ready for cooking up a feast to share together around the recycled timber dining table. The kitchen also has a Breville coffee machine with inbuilt grinder, dishwasher, microwave, pantry with essential cooking items, and is fully equipped with saucepans, cooking items and utencils. Whitewashed timber cathedral ceilings, Vic Ash hardwood floors throughout, and floor to ceiling windows gives an open and airy feel to the entire space. There is also a reverse cycle heater/air conditioner, and plenty of board games to entertain.
Cloud Nine - Apollo Bay
Cloud Nine is in an excellent central location in Apollo Bay, just one street back from the Great Ocean Road. Park the car and walk everywhere - 200m to the beach, shops, cafes, and playground.
A beautiful North facing sunlit open plan living area upstairs enjoys views of the ocean, Marriners lookout, and the green rolling hills of Apollo Bay.
Ideal for couples, families, and dogs, with a fully fenced yard and garage.
Upstairs the sun streams in to the north facing open plan living and dining area through the wall of windows, providing a beautiful light filled space. Sliding glass doors open on to the deck, which enjoys views of the ocean and to the rolling green hills of Apollo Bay. A Weber BBQ and outdoor furniture enable you to enjoy a laid back dinner out on the deck.
