The heart of the home is the open-plan living area, anchored by a magnificent open wood fireplace. Sink into the plush sofa and watch the weather roll in over the ocean, or gather around the table for a board game on the vibrant checkered rug. The main level floorplan has beautiful indoor-outdoor flow, and large glass doors and louvered windows invite the sea breeze in.

Enjoy multiple outdoor zones, from the expansive timber dining deck to the intimate "sunrise bar" overlooking the coastline and tree canopy - the perfect spot for morning coffee with the cockatoos. The vast expanse of the Bass Strait is your constant backdrop.

A fully equipped, light-filled kitchen with sleek timber cabinetry makes holiday cooking a breeze, leading directly to an open-plan dining area or to the outside dining and entertaining area with BBQ.

The main bedroom features a queen bed with direct access to the balcony and louvre windows. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves and wake up to the sun rise over the water. The other queen bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a deck with green canopy. A third bedroom has two single beds, access to a balcony and ocean views and sounds. All bedrooms are downstairs, along with the two bathrooms. Enjoy a rainfall shower in the white-tiled bathrooms with pops of sunshine-yellow tiles.

Surrounded by lush, established gardens, the exterior offers a beautiful sanctuary to spend your afternoons on the North orientated deck, under the shade, or enjoying an aperitivo at the top of the property. Multiple balconies and outdoor areas offer the perfect spot to watch for passing whales and enjoy the local birdlife and wildlife. Echidnas often visit the property, along with koalas and a huge range of birds.

If you need to "work-from-view" , there is fast WIFI and a dedicated desk workstation, or the Juliet balcony is a fabulous spot too.

Wye View can sleep up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, which are all downstairs:
Main Bedroom: 1 x Queen Bed with ensuite bathroom

Bedroom 3: 2 x single beds with ocean views

PETS
Well behaved, house trained dogs are welcome at the property. Please don't leave dogs alone at the property, and be respectful of the native wildlife. Note that there is not an enclosed outside area. Also, no cats at the property.

PRICING
The rate is the same for 2 people up to 6 people.

No smoking, vaping or illegal activity
Quiet hours between 10pm - 8am
Additional accommodation is not allowed on site by way of tents, caravans, campervans or similar.
